Hello, I'm Meredith — a holistic birth and postpartum practitioner devoted to supporting your birth journey, a journey back to your own wisdom and power. I believe birth is a physiological, sacred, and transformative threshold — a rite of passage that deserves reverence and trust.
My role is to hold grounded, loving space for your unfolding — to listen deeply, honor your intuition, and help you feel nourished, safe, seen, and supported through every phase of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
